Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility and business case assessments for new product changes or manufacturing lines.
- Finalize project scope, define assumptions, and secure resources.
- Manage funding approval cycles and monitor CAPEX spending on projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify success criteria and guide teams to meet these criteria.
- Create and implement project communication plans and dashboards for status updates.
- Manage timelines, resources, and communications while addressing risks and roadblocks.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure transparent communication of project status and risks.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in automotive or high complexity manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production operations and complex production lines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in common workplace software and dashboard creation.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for resolving high-impact issues.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
