Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility and business case assessments for new manufacturing lines.
- Finalize project scope and secure project resources.
- Monitor CAPEX spending on projects and lead funding approval cycles.
- Create formal project communication plans and dashboards for project status.
- Define and drive project requirements, workflows, and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks.
- Engage with management and executives to ensure project success criteria are met.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high volume/high complexity manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production operations and complex production lines.
- Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with creating dashboards in Tableau/Ziplabs is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
