Responsibilities
- Perform CFD modeling of heat transfer and fluid flow.
- Develop innovative approaches to enhance radiative heat transfer in small modules.
- Conduct tolerance analysis and finite element analysis.
- Test and validate electronic systems across low voltage electronics.
- Support manufacturing lines and test engineers in resolving issues.
- Create documentation and presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with team members to solve mechanical and thermal challenges.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience in CFD and developing numerical models of thermal/fluid systems.
- Passion for electro-mechanical product design and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or thermal testing and data analysis.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site internship for a minimum of 12 weeks.
