Responsibilities
- Develop timelines and track progress for manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new product introductions.
- Manage program roadmaps and project lists.
- Analyze product metrics and business cases for large-scale implementation.
- Interface with various departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Planning.
- Help drive the installation and commissioning of automated equipment.
- Support the execution of organizational projects from concept to mass production.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in an Engineering program (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with software development terms and processes.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to manufacturing processes and production line operations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
