Responsibilities
- Develop timelines and track progress for manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new product introductions.
- Assist in defining software features and integrating them into manufacturing processes.
- Manage project roadmaps and lists for the Cell Manufacturing team.
- Analyze product metrics and business cases for large-scale implementations.
- Drive the installation and commissioning of automated equipment.
- Support and communicate effectively with various teams within Tesla.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals to solve technical problems.
- Familiarity with software development terms and processes.
- Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage technical projects from concept to execution.
