Responsibilities
- Work on mechanical design and integration of electronics modules.
- Develop designs in CAD for detailed parts and assemblies.
- Perform tolerance analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and other simulations.
- Create 2D drawings for high-volume production and inspection.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews with suppliers.
- Run validation tests and perform data analysis.
- Provide factory engineering support to identify and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Catia preferred).
- Understanding of tolerance analysis and FEA.
- Experience with creating 2D drawings.
- Ability to conduct DFM reviews.
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
