Responsibilities
- Conduct failure analysis and lead statistical process control activities for critical components.
- Drive improvements using Lean methodologies and ensure supplier compliance.
- Evaluate design for manufacturing risks and identify manufacturing process feasibility.
- Lead internal program reviews for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Develop and manage supplier planning and execution of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to validate supplier corrective actions.
- Seek opportunities to improve processes, part quality, and overall efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with GD&T, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA, and MiniTab.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and concepts.
- Previous experience in production control, project management, and process engineering.
- Knowledge of PPAP/APQP processes.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Familiarity with software skills such as MySQL, Tableau, Excel, and flowcharting software.
