Responsibilities
- Investigate thermal-mechanical hardware failures in energy products.
- Tear down and diagnose faulty hardware in lab environments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive system-level tests.

- Manage end-to-end failure analysis processes.

Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Coursework or experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient at reading schematics and troubleshooting circuits.
- Strong hands-on experience with electrical test equipment.
- Experience with soldering and instrumentation is desirable.
- Willingness to learn different failure analysis techniques.
- Self-managed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
