Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement for Tesla Energy Batteries.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Assist in the development and execution of experiments and technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively between engineering and production teams.
- Support the ramp-up of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and analyze data.
- Participate in hands-on work related to battery cell manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and electrochemistry.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
