Responsibilities
- Design and build custom test equipment such as test PCBAs and harnesses.
- Manage projects from initial concept through design, assembly, and commissioning.
- Write and maintain test software for automation of test execution.
- Develop and maintain validation schedules to coordinate test resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and find root causes of problems.
- Engage in hands-on work to automate repeatable tasks for efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven technical experience through projects or extracurricular activities.
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and experience with testing equipment.
- Eagerness to collaborate and work independently on projects.
- Genuine curiosity and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred coding experience in Python for test automation.
- Design experience with CAD software and knowledge of sensors.
