Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the color and material mastering process, including master creation and match to master.
- Assist in supply chain development and troubleshooting to meet CMF design intent.
- Track supply chain performance to ensure color and material masters align with production timelines.
- Conduct materials metrology research and implement best practices.
- Engage in project management activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure design standards for aesthetics and quality are met.
- Evaluate materials' appearance and assist in data evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Color Science, Textiles, or a Quality Control/Quality Assurance related discipline.
- Understanding of materials development and/or color quality assessment processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
- Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn concepts quickly.
- Commitment to working full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
