Responsibilities
- Manage material program scope and identify program risks.
- Drive program key decision making and facilitate cross-functional alignments.
- Assist in the development of Automated Cell prototype Line equipment and processes.
- Drive improvements to production metrics such as Cpk and OEE.
- Process test data and optimize model parameters for cell lifetime predictions.
- Design and execute experiments to analyze cell behavior.
- Contribute to innovative solutions in battery technology.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Python, CAD software, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology and electrochemistry.
- Participation in research related to battery or cell materials.
- Understanding of first-principle physics in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Plotly.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
