Responsibilities
- Work on projects related to battery pack design, modeling, and materials.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and prototype new battery components.
- Conduct testing and validation of battery systems and components.
- Engage in hands-on engineering work and contribute to project teams.
- Utilize CAD software and engineering tools for design and analysis.
- Participate in the development of advanced cooling systems and cell interfaces.
- Gain experience in hardware testing and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Fusion360, SolidWorks).
- Experience with engineering tools like STARCCM+, COMSOL, MATLAB, Simulink, and Ansys.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals (statics, dynamics, fluid dynamics, etc.).
- Familiarity with high voltage battery systems and hardware testing.
- Previous experience in a lab R&D environment is preferred.
- Strong technical communication skills and a genuine interest in engineering.
