Responsibilities
- Perform detailed load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash studies using tools such as ETAP or SKM PowerTools.
- Conduct fault current, voltage drop, grounding, and equipment sizing calculations.
- Generate and maintain one-line diagrams, study reports, and electrical distribution schematics.
- Conduct site data collection for developing protection settings and arc flash labels.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate coordination of electrical systems within the Revit and ETAP model.
- Assist in standardization of Revit families and electrical templates.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience in electrical power system design and analysis.
- Proficiency with ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or EasyPower for electrical studies and arc flash analysis.
- Proven experience using Autodesk Revit MEP for electrical modeling and documentation.
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and IEC standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
