Responsibilities
- Research and specify electrical test equipment to meet test requirements.
- Design schematics and layouts for industrial electrical control panels compliant with NFPA79/NEC/UL508A.
- Develop detailed execution plans from test specifications.
- Perform bench testing on electrical components to validate test processes.
- Implement reliable industrial safety systems compliant with OSHA and ISO standards.
- Debug and optimize automated processes to minimize cycle time and maximize uptime.
- Characterize and validate equipment using statistical approaches.
Job Requirements
- Exposure to electrical test equipment such as power supplies and oscilloscopes.
- Proficiency in reading and building schematics for machines and PCBAs.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with automation.
- Familiarity with high voltage machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar electrical CAD software is a plus.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in controls, mechatronics, test, or automation engineering.
