Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify key customer issues.
- Interact with customers to gather failure mode data and analyze returned parts.
- Diagnose and validate complex failure modes and root causes.
- Manage global cross-functional projects focused on implementing solutions.
- Design accelerated life tests for validation of failure modes and solutions.
- Perform predictive analysis based on test results and field performance.
- Develop Design for Reliability standards based on field failure lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of Design or Quality Engineering experience in machine design or related fields.
- Ability to find root causes and solve complex engineering problems.
- Experience leading collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and electrical controls.
- Experience creating validation test plans.
- Skills in project management for global cross-functional projects.
- Experience with manufacturing process improvements and APQP.
