Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and development of robotic solutions for new Genie lift products.
- Develop advanced motion control, perception, and decision-making algorithms for autonomous navigation.
- Integrate sensors and AI-based perception for real-time environmental awareness.
- Design, prototype, and test robotic control architectures.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless integration of robotic systems.
- Lead validation and field testing of robotic-enabled equipment in real-world environments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards for autonomous machinery.
Job Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in robotics development or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in robot programming and simulation tools.
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Python for robotics.
- Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience with off-road or industrial vehicle automation.
