Responsibilities
- Own a robotics project from beginning to end, including design, development, prototyping, and testing.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and refine prototypes.
- Work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
- Explore advanced technologies like motion control and AI-based systems.
- Participate in structured mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing an ABET accredited engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 3 or 6 months in-person.
- Proven experience in robotics, programming, or automation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Interest in joining the Engineering Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- Previous robotics internships or club experience is a plus.
- Adaptable, innovative, and detail-oriented.
