Responsibilities
- Lead the Mechanical Engineering team in designing and developing intricate custom IMAs and microwave amplifiers.
- Guide the NPI Engineering team for seamless product transfers to production.
- Oversee Document Control for efficient management of released documents.
- Manage employee development and operational enhancements within the mechanical design group.
- Create and analyze mechanical concepts for new business proposals and product development.
- Drive efficiency improvements in methodology and procedures.
- Lead design reviews and communicate technical proposals to management and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in microelectronics packaging and microwave product manufacturing.
- Experience in RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave frequency mechanical design and validation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as ANSYS, Labview, and SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative solution capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations and design reviews.
- Previous experience in managing and developing technical employees.
