Responsibilities
- Engineering documentation support – test procedures, document clean-up, research components and locate spec sheets
- Engineering analysis and/or testing
- Some design work – support a Senior Engineer with some minor design efforts
- Some integration effort that supports the design work
- Obsolescence and qualification – help determine suitable replacements for parts that have or will become obsolete and help to set up a plan to qualify the parts
- Help investigate non-conformance issues and assist in writing failure reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of completed coursework in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce
