Responsibilities
- Work on a concurrent engineering team and communicate with technical team members and leadership.
- Assist in system-level/card-level/chip-level architectural definition.
- Prepare design concepts to reduce costs and enhance reliability.
- Conduct tests, experiments, and analyses for new and existing products.
- Design and verify high-complexity analog & digital circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and FPGAs.
- Document circuit analysis, modeling, and simulation.
- Provide factory support and troubleshoot in production and repair environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
- 5+ years of experience in FPGA design/development and board-level design.
- Proficiency with EE design tools (OrCAD, ModelSim, PSpice).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with FPGA tools (Xilinx, Microsemi, Altera).
- Familiarity with avionics development and DO-254 process guidance is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR restrictions.
