Responsibilities
- Track and assess product MTBUR and MTBF metrics.
- Identify performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reliability reports and technical presentations.
- Investigate field returns and document failure conditions.
- Develop reliability predictions using industry-standard models.
- Support corrective action responses and participate in MRB investigations.
- Analyze failed devices and interface with suppliers for resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering with a focus on digital electronics.
- AA Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical skills for reliability analysis and reporting.
- Experience with FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and reliability modeling.
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly parts and troubleshooting.
- Must be a US Person due to access restrictions.
