Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy and product roadmaps.
- Provide leadership for product and technology development.
- Manage engineering and R&D budgets.
- Recruit and develop technical talent.
- Establish and manage KPIs for performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Manage the company's IP portfolio and engage with external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience in developing medium voltage power converters or electric machines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for electrical equipment.
- Ability to represent the company in technical and business venues.
