Responsibilities
- Establish short and long-term objectives for product and technology development.
- Build product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with Business Development.
- Provide technical leadership and manage global engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and manage engineering and R&D budgets.
- Develop staff and recruit technical talent to support engineering capabilities.
- Establish and manage KPIs, conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain engineering data security.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of ten years managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience with medium voltage power converters or electric rotating machines.
- Strong managerial experience including budget and P&L management.
- Proven track record in product development and business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to represent the company in technical and business venues.
