Responsibilities

  • Design and build hardware for power electronics converters.
  • Manage hardware development from specification to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineering teams.
  • Develop new power converter topologies for improved performance.
  • Advance intellectual property in power electronic systems.
  • Ensure reliability validation of power converters.
  • Utilize tools for simulation and design of power converters.

Job Requirements

  • 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC applications.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and semiconductor selection.
  • Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
  • Proficiency with hands-on EE tools and design simulation software.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and EMC requirements.
  • Master's or PhD degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
