Responsibilities
- Design and build hardware for power electronics converters.
- Manage hardware development from specification to high-volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate with mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineering teams.
- Develop new power converter topologies for improved performance.
- Advance intellectual property in power electronic systems.
- Ensure reliability validation of power converters.
- Utilize tools for simulation and design of power converters.
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC applications.
- Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and semiconductor selection.
- Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
- Proficiency with hands-on EE tools and design simulation software.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and EMC requirements.
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
