Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of related experience, particularly in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to coach and lead teams effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
