Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for lab and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC logic issues on deposition tools.
- Update control sequences for new process steps.
- Collaborate with process engineers and mechanical designers.
- Ensure tools operate safely, reliably, and precisely.
- Work across disciplines to tackle technical challenges.
- Help shape the design and scaling of hardware/software systems.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, and system integration.
- Versatility in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
- Initiative in problem-solving beyond formal responsibilities.
- Experience with GUIs connected to sensors and controllers.
- Programming experience with PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Omron).
- Motivation to impact climate change positively.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
