Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering and design for compressor lubrication and dry gas seal support systems.
- Review customer orders and technical specifications.
- Provide design input for compressor/gearbox support systems, including P&ID reviews and lubrication systems.
- Conduct detailed engineering in accordance with API Standards.
- Create and review engineering drawings and documentation.
- Provide engineering and troubleshooting support for assembly and testing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence initiatives.
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering; MS is a plus.
- 3-5 years of related engineering experience in manufacturing or oil and gas.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and applicable industry standards.
- Strong engineering judgment and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with structural design and FEA tools like Ansys is a plus.
- Ability to travel for customer and supplier site meetings.
- Excellent team player with strong organizational skills.
