Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test solutions, including fixtures and test boards.
- Develop schematics for PCB layouts and load boards.
- Create and execute test plans for various testing methodologies.
- Develop and debug test programs using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Design voltage biasing and current monitoring circuits for testing hardware.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define test requirements.
- Lead day-to-day test lab operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electronics or semiconductor component testing.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit analysis and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD test procedures and aerospace testing standards.
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems for documentation.
