Responsibilities
- Conduct structural, pressure, leak, and dynamic tests on flight and qualification hardware.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for products from components to vehicle-level systems.
- Operate complex test facility systems using schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Use LabVIEW to operate test consoles and direct a team of technicians.
- Work with data acquisition and control systems to improve data recording and usability.
- Analyze test data to ensure hardware operates as expected.
- Develop efficient processes and tooling for testing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or test environment.
- Experience with CAD software packages.
- Knowledge of aerospace structural or mechanical systems assembly and testing.
- Familiarity with data acquisition hardware and software.
- Experience with test instrumentation and control components.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
