Responsibilities
- Interface with production, inspection, and engineering teams to develop quality signals and processes.
- Maintain quality processes for controlling nonconforming materials.
- Coordinate containment actions for non-conforming products and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and improve manufacturability in designs and processes.
- Track yield and inspection escapes, incorporating lessons learned into new product introductions.
- Build relationships across teams to address reliability and process gaps.
- Lead projects and drive accountability within cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- 1+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance/control, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality tools like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Good written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage projects.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing and supplier quality processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the work week.
