Responsibilities
- Provide detailed electrical design and specifications for installation of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot existing electrical equipment, switchgear, and controllers.
- Conduct load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ensure proper equipment interface with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance with local utility personnel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Perform code review and analysis utilizing relevant NFPA standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with power distribution systems, switchgears, and generators.
- Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial pumps.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass Air Force background check and meet physical requirements.
