Responsibilities
- Design, build, qualify, and implement projects involving machine design, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
- Architect, write, and debug PLC code.
- Implement vision systems for robotic guidance, quality control, and data collection.
- Design systems for process control and factory performance tracking.
- Create user interfaces for complex machines.
- Develop electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics for control panels.
- Ensure safety compliance in factories through system implementations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or another STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience in automation and controls systems for manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with automation hardware and industrial automation processes.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and robotics programming.
- Familiarity with electrical sizing and circuit design.
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
