Responsibilities
- Design, build, qualify, and implement automation projects for manufacturing.
- Architect, write, and debug PLC code.
- Implement vision systems for robotic guidance and quality control.
- Design systems to control processes and track factory performance.
- Create user interfaces for complex machines.
- Develop electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics for control panels.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in factories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience in automation and controls systems for manufacturing (internships/co-ops included).
- Hands-on experience with automation hardware and field bus networking protocols.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and robotics programming.
- Knowledge of electrical sizing and design of fail-safe circuits.
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
