Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts of engine issues in the field.
- Support integration and testing of R&D hardware to improve engine performance and reliability.
- Manage changes and upgrades to a large fleet of engines.
- Develop standards and processes to increase reliability and decrease process time.
- Author work instructions for engine work.
- Interface with design, build, and systems engineering, as well as production leadership.
- Contribute to the development of the Raptor production line and provide feedback to maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Systems engineering experience and understanding of integrated systems.
- Experience with electrical and fluid schematics.
- Experience in integration and testing of propulsion and/or electrical systems.
- Experience in complex test operations planning and execution.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments and respond to emergencies.
