Responsibilities
- Develop integration, manufacturing, and test processes for Merlin engines.
- Own critical flight hardware, systems, and processes.
- Implement and maintain hardware verification and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for processing M1D hardware.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and develop hardware/software modifications.
- Manage engine fleet configuration with design improvements.
- Support engine test and flight operations and perform post-operation data review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hardware experience in fabrication, assembly, or testing.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or pressurized fluid components.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.
- Software experience with Python, SQL, or PowerBI preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations.
