Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing & integration processes for Raptor engine components.
- Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes for high-rate production.
- Collaborate with design/development engineers to enhance manufacturability and reliability of engine hardware.
- Oversee the introduction of new products and revisions.
- Maintain ownership over production line processes, quality, and safety.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with peers and interface with fabrication shops and vendors to meet production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in engine, fluid, or system design, development, fabrication, assembly, or test.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Leadership project management experience and effective communication skills.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or pressurized fluid systems.
- Understanding of fluid systems, solid mechanics, and/or electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
