Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing and integration processes for components and assemblies in the Raptor engine family.
- Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes to support high production targets.
- Collaborate with design/development engineers to optimize manufacturability and reliability of engine hardware.
- Oversee the introduction and implementation of new products and revisions.
- Maintain ownership of the production line, ensuring process consistency and quality.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for hardware issues.
- Coordinate with internal fabrication shops and vendors to meet production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with engine, fluid, or system design, development, or test.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Leadership project management skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or pressurized fluid systems is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
