Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing and integration processes for Raptor engine components and assemblies.
- Drive innovative manufacturing processes to meet high production targets.
- Collaborate with design engineers to optimize manufacturability and reliability of engine hardware.
- Oversee product introductions and revisions while maintaining process consistency and quality.
- Lead root cause investigations for hardware issues during development and production.
- Coordinate with peers and assign responsibilities to achieve production goals.
- Interface with internal fabrication shops and vendors to ensure timely hardware delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with engine, fluid, or system design, development, fabrication, assembly, or testing.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Leadership project management skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or spacecraft systems is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
