Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing and integration processes for Raptor engine components and assemblies.
- Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes for high rate production.
- Collaborate with design/development engineers to enhance manufacturability and reliability.
- Oversee the introduction of new products and revisions.
- Maintain ownership over production line processes, including quality and safety.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for hardware issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in engine, fluid, or system design, development, or test.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or spacecraft systems preferred.
- Knowledge in design for manufacturability (DFM) and fluid systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
