Responsibilities
- Leverage ERP and time-series databases to develop metrics for performance measurement and improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership and engineers to identify and solve system issues.
- Utilize data to enhance machine and process performance for better equipment availability.
- Support the creation of digital tools to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve equipment and processes.
- Plan and execute development projects based on customer-focused roadmaps.
- Serve as senior technical support for procurement and logistics functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- 2+ years of production equipment maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with process improvement and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong background with SQL and/or PowerBI; familiarity with programming languages like Python or C#.
- Experience with Industrial PLCs and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
