Responsibilities
- Leverage ERP and time-series databases to develop metrics for organization performance.
- Collaborate with Maintenance leadership and technicians to identify and solve system and process issues.
- Utilize data for targeted improvements in machine and system effectiveness.
- Support the creation of digital tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for equipment and process improvements.
- Plan and execute development projects in line with customer-focused roadmaps.
- Conduct job walks with vendors and manage procurement and logistics functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of professional or internship experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
- 2+ years of production equipment maintenance experience (preferred).
- Strong background in SQL and/or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Python, C#, or other programming languages.
- Experience with Industrial PLCs and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
