Responsibilities
- Leverage ERP and time-series databases to develop metrics for performance measurement.
- Collaborate with Maintenance leadership and technicians to identify and solve fundamental problems.
- Utilize data to drive improvements in machine, system, and process efficiency.
- Support the creation of digital tools and systems for team efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for equipment and process improvements.
- Plan and execute development projects aligned with customer-focused goals.
- Serve as senior technical support for procurement and logistics functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of professional or internship/project experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Preferred: 2+ years of production equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong background with SQL and/or PowerBI.
- Experience with Industrial PLCs and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational software.
