Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver advanced nondestructive evaluation inspection solutions.
- Design, prototype, and implement nondestructive sensor systems for quality problems.
- Interface with vehicle engineering to align on inspection requirements and methods.
- Prototype early inspection development and perform bench-top validation.
- Manage projects with vendors and tooling groups to define requirements.
- Support nondestructive automation initiatives and process improvements.
- Present risk/performance analysis and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
- 1+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of various NDE techniques (e.g., ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing).
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Understanding of hardware and software development processes.
- Experience with coding in Labview, Python, C#, or SQL.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
