Responsibilities
- Design, develop, build, and implement custom equipment for testing satellite components.
- Collaborate with a cross-discipline team to develop integrated test systems.
- Work with production personnel and engineering teams to meet factory goals.
- Solve complex problems with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Perform structural analysis and create mechanical designs.
- Ensure compliance with drafting standards and GD&T.
- Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience with CAD software and PLM/PDM software.
- Familiarity with electromechanical systems and machine design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an end-user focus.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
