Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Run air conditioning cooling load and heat loss calculations.
- Design HVAC systems for office, hangar, and rocket facilities.
- Implement HVAC system commissioning in compliance with ASHRAE standards.
- Research and analyze design proposals and specifications.
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend modifications.
- Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience in industrial HVAC systems.
- Experience with clean-room design and energy modeling preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC monitoring hardware and software.
- Intermediate experience with AutoCAD / Revit.
- Ability to pass a background check and travel as necessary.
- Physical ability to perform job functions such as lifting and climbing.
