Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery.
- Perform project control tasks, including scheduling and cost control.
- Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers to resolve design and construction conflicts.
- Provide budgetary costs based on preliminary project scopes.
- Coordinate project implementation and track status with stakeholders.
- Facilitate city, county, and governmental approvals for projects.
- Develop tools to support space allocation and adjudication processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.
- 1+ years of construction experience required, with a preference for 3+ years.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysis.
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions based on objectives and risks.
- Must be able to work in various outdoor environments and handle physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed for projects.
