Responsibilities
- Oversee and own the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery.
- Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in both field and office settings.
- Serve as the overall construction project manager and owner.
- Perform project control tasks, including scheduling and cost management.
- Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers to resolve conflicts.
- Provide budgetary estimates based on project scope.
- Coordinate project implementation and track status throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.
- 1+ years of construction experience required.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience with a Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysis.
- Ability to analyze problems and make timely decisions based on various factors.
- Experience with infrastructure development, high power electrical systems, or cleanroom design is a plus.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and undertake physical tasks.
