Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering and production teams.
- Support part production and manufacturing/test process development.
- Evaluate electrical schematics to improve test coverage.
- Drive design updates in response to manufacturing issues.
- Spearhead cost reduction efforts while maintaining quality.
- Prepare engineering documentation for production transition.
- Troubleshoot non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical components.
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience with design for manufacture and test for hardware.
- Proficiency in analyzing circuits and developing test plans.
- Ability to work in fast-paced design environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
