Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
- Support manufacturing/test process development and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate electrical schematics and improve test coverage of electrical hardware.
- Drive design updates in response to manufacturing issues and changes.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
- Contribute to design reviews focusing on manufacturability and testability.
- Prepare engineering documentation for the transition from development to production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, or manufacturing of mechanical/electrical components.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in mechanical or electronics hardware systems.
- Experience with design for manufacture and design for test.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical hardware failures.
- Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
