Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between avionics engineering, supply chain, and production.
- Support part production and manufacturing/test process development.
- Evaluate electrical schematics and manufacturing process flow for improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address manufacturing issues and design updates.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
- Prepare engineering documentation for production transition.
- Troubleshoot non-conforming products and conduct root cause investigations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical components or systems.
- 3+ years of experience in design and/or production of hardware systems preferred.
- Experience with design for manufacture and design for test methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical hardware failures.
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
