Responsibilities
- Design factory processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement automation where needed.
- Collaborate with development engineers and vendors for manufacturability.
- Maintain clear work instructions and track defects effectively.
- Support component level testing and resolve production yield issues.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and enhance product scrutiny.
- Ensure timely delivery of new components through effective build/test development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience in software development (SQL, Python, or C#) is a plus.
