Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and work with the quality team on corrective actions.
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications.
- Communicate daily with production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design teams.
- Lead projects for alternative component technologies to reduce costs or improve quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, manufacturing, or testing.
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAM programming.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- CAD experience, specifically with NX & Teamcenter.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent high-performance systems.
- Ability to work extended hours and onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
