Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and collaborate with the quality team.
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs and work instructions.
- Communicate with production and engineering departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead projects for alternative component technologies to reduce costs or improve quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, manufacturing, or testing.
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAM programming.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- CAD experience, preferably with NX & Teamcenter.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent systems.
- Must be able to work extended hours and onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
