Responsibilities
- Build expertise in manufacturing and acceptance test processes for satellite electrical components.
- Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) of PCBA assemblies into production.
- Evaluate non-conforming hardware and lead root cause investigations.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and validate integrated test systems and fixtures.
- Identify and implement improvements in design and processes to optimize yield and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and configuration management standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability and reduce defects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering, physics, or related STEM discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, testing, or design of electronic products or hardware.
- Master’s degree preferred in engineering, math, or science.
- High-volume manufacturing experience, especially in aerospace or automotive.
- Knowledge of environmental testing and reliability engineering methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages and CAD/PLM software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
